This is in fact an old image which was lost due to a computer malfunction a 
few years ago.  The original was still held in low resolution form here...

I was asked to resurrect the image from my negative archive by a company 
that wanted to use the image in an internal publication.  The result has a 
different sky but in other ways is probably better than the original due to 
more recent perfections in technique.
