Seasons Greetings...
 
Here are the first two stitches from my recent visit to Preston North
Ends stadium.  The first was from the elevated viewpoint of a cage
suspended from a crane,  and shows the main stantion of the new stand
about half way up to it's location.  Once it was fully lifted I had to
leave the cage for the engineers to be lifted to put in the securing
bolts...

The second stitch is from the ground showing one of the cranes holding
the stantion in place while the bolts are inserted at the end where
holes in a fixing plate marry up with a similar plate on the stantion...

I'm hoping to put together a few more over the next week or so.
